ADMISSION TIMES:
Gates open 4.30pm for picnicking. Music begins 7pm

PARKING:
• FREE ON-SITE PARKING for pre-purchased tickets.
NB – tickets must be presented on entry to car park.
Tickets must be obtained in advance and not collected on the day of the festival to receive
FREE Parking.
• When buying/collecting your tickets on the day PLEASE NOTE there will be a £5 Parking
charge per vehicle, payable at the gate.
• Special arrangements will be made to get your cars in and out of the site with as little
disruption as possible.
• DISABLED PARKING AVAILABLE ON SITE.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:
1. You may picnic in the auditorium and CHAIRS WILL BE PERMITTED
– however, you may be asked to move to the sides for obvious reasons.
2. Tables and gazebos will not be permitted.
3. Fires and barbecues are NOT permitted and no glass is to be brought onto the site
4. Please deposit your litter in the bags and bins provided.
5. No dogs please.

The organisers reserve the right to alter the programme without prior notice.
The organisers reserve the right to refuse admission and to eject visitors from the site at their discretion.

On rare occasions exceptionally inclement weather can disrupt any open-air start time.
No refunds will be made however in the unlikely event of cancellation through unforeseen circumstances, an alternative date will be offered.
Tickets are not refundable.
